		<description>I have to confess that I'm a Dave Ramsey fan! :)  I totally agree with your post, and I also would add another keyword: Constancy.  I believe the key to personal finance is to be able to stick to a long-term plan (whatever that it), even if it's a minimal amount.  That's why Dave Ramsey calls his plan "baby steps":  Small actions that amount to a big pay-off at the end -- But only if you stick to the plan!</description>
